Who We Are

LIVE LIFE FOUNDATION

Who we are

Live Life Foundation is a registered charity driven by one powerful belief: children diagnosed with neurological disorders such as spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), and other neurogenetic conditions deserve every chance to live a full and vibrant life.

Since 2014, we’ve partnered with The Royal Children’s Hospital to drive a powerful shift in what’s possible for these children. By bringing breakthrough treatments, such as advanced gene therapies to the forefront, we’re changing the story for children and families across Australia.

Thanks to our generous donors, Australia’s first gene therapy ward is on the way, giving children faster access to the care and hope they need, right when it matters most.

Live Life Foundation. Every Child. Every Chance.

Our vision

A world where every child with a genetic condition is defined by possibility, not diagnosis.

What makes Us different?

As a registered charity with no red tape, we act quickly and stay focused. Every dollar goes straight to work, starting with Australia’s first dedicated gene therapy ward for children.
In partnership with The Royal Children’s Hospital, we help bring world-first treatments into real care. Together, we’re changing what’s possible for children with rare neurological conditions.
Every decision is shaped by urgency, compassion and care. We do this for families facing the hardest diagnoses, and for the children who deserve the chance to live life fully.
