About Live Life Foundation
Since 2013, Live Life Foundation (LLF) has been dedicated to supporting the Neurology Department at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH). Through funding critical research and life-changing projects, we have helped children diagnosed with disorders of the brain, nerves, and muscles, including stroke, epilepsy, and movement disorders. We have also funded a Neurology Clinical Research Fellowship, driving innovation and advancements in neurological care.
Now, we are embarking on our most ambitious mission yet.
Through our long-standing partnership with The RCH Foundation, we are launching Fly for the Kids 2025 – an extraordinary groundbreaking initiative led by Associate Professor Andrew Kornberg who will embark on a three-week, solo flight around Australia this July, in a single-engine plane – stopping to visit over thirty of his patients, to raise $4.5 million to establish a world-class Gene Therapy Centre at RCH.
The first of its kind in Australia, this dedicated centre will be life-changing for children with rare and complex genetic conditions, giving them access to cutting-edge treatments and specialist care, right here in Australia.
